DPA is a long-chain omega-3, like the more well-known EPA and DHA. Until recently, it wasn’t heavily studied, but emerging research shows DPA’s benefits for cognitive function, mental well-being, and cardiovascular health, as well as helping to maintain healthy triglyceride levels already within normal range.* A single teaspoon provides 2,420 mg of omega-3s, including 300 mg of DPA, in delicious, natural berry lemonade flavor.
