Carlson Cod Liver Oil in award-winning lemon flavor is the latest product to join the growing line of Carlson single-serving packets – great for a purse, work bag, gym bag, or on-the-go. A single packet (1 teaspoon / 5 mL) provides 1,100 mg of omega-3s, including the beneficial omega-3s EPA and DHA, which support heart, brain, vision, joint, and immune health, plus vitamins A and D3.*

To ensure maximum freshness, Cod Liver Oil single-serving packets are closely managed from sea to store. We source the highest quality Arctic cod off the coast of Norway using traditional, sustainable methods. The same day they’re caught, our cod are transported to a highly regulated Norwegian facility for processing and purification. Carson Cod Liver Oil is packaged with a touch of vitamin E and is given a nitrogen flush to remove oxygen and to help prevent oxidation.

Like all Carlson omega-3s, Cod Liver Oil is tested by an FDA-registered laboratory for freshness, potency, and purity.
